The central customer database (MDM - Master Data Management) collects data from multiple sources, eliminates errors, deduplicates it, merges it into a golden record, and provides a 360° view. This forms the sole, up-to-date source of truth about your customers. The golden record acts as a trusted 360° view of critical company data. It can be managed and shared with other applications, to build customer experience and help employees make more informed business decisions.
